Shipping Policy
During the checkout process you will be able to choose from a selection of postage options, depending on the value of the order and your geographical location.
Orders received before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched same day. All orders submitted after 2pm will be Dispatched on the following working day. Any orders submitted after 2pm on a Friday afternoon will not be dispatched until the following Monday, including the Special Delivery postage option.
A next day delivery option is available for customers urgently requiring motorcycle parts as soon as possible. Please note that the Special Delivery postal service only operates during working days so any specials made during a Friday are not guaranteed by the Royal Mail for delivery until the following Monday. Special deliveries ordered before 2pm on a Friday do often arrive on the Saturday, however, this cannot be guaranteed. Specials ordered after 2pm on a Friday will not be collected until the following Monday, guaranteed for delivery on the Tuesday. For a GUARANTEED next day delivery, orders must be made before our 2pm collection, Monday to Thursday.
Please note that although Royal Mail 1st class now operates as a 24 hour service, this is not a GUARANTEED 24 hour service and can take up to 2 working days to arrive. You must purchase the more expensive Special Delivery service for a guaranteed 24 hour service following the above guide. If your first class package does not arrive on the following working day (Mon-Fri) then please do not report it to us until after the 48 hour period.
We are unable to estimate the delivery speed for international orders since postal services vary from country to country. We can confirm that our packages will usually leave the UK within 3 working days. From then on delivery speed depends upon your countries postal services and customs laws.
Andy's Motorcycles is not responsible for international packages incurring tax charges during transit. Please do not ask us to declare packages as gifts, or to underwrite a packages taxable value. This is illegal and under no circumstances will we agree. It is the customers responsibilty to ensure they are familiar with their countries customs laws and to research any possible fees. Packages returned to us due to a denial to pay import fees will not be refunded.
Payment Policy
Payments are processed via Paypal©. Direct credit / debit card payments are also accepted. Orders are not dispached until payments are fully cleared and confirmed. Please note that we do not log or store credit / debit card details on our site in any shape or form. Telephone payments can be processed during opening hours on 01782 818097. Personal cheques and postal orders are also accepted and orders will be submitted as soon as the payment enters a cleared state.
Returns Policy
Customers making an incorrect purchase or no longer requiring any parts included within an order may request a return within 15 days of payment. All returns must be reported beforehand so we can efficiently deal with the request. We will reply with instructions on how to proceed as soon as possible.Items must be returned in brand new, resellable condition with all original packaging. We will not issue refunds for unwanted items that are returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition.
Customers returning incorrectly ordered items for replacement must cover any further postage costs before items are dispatched. We understand that mistakes do occur and we will always try our best to help however, all our products are already lower than RRP so we are unable to cover further shipping costs due to users mistakes.
Customers wishing to return unwanted items for refund may do so within the same 15 day period. Please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee to cover all costs and fees incurred throughout the transaction.
Items returned in damaged or abused condition cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Items reported as being faulty that are clearly damaged will be immediately disposed of without any further action.
Items with genuine faults will of course be dealt with as efficiently as possible. Upon reporting an issue you will be asked to take high quality photographs showing the issue and upon confirmation a returns label will be emailed to the account holder. Upon arrival a further inspection will be made to confirm the fault and to eliminate the possiblity of damage or incorrect application. Genuine faults will them be immediately refunded or replaced at no cost to the customer.
All returns must contain a note listing the customers name, address, date of purchase and reson for return. Returns sent with no information cannot be processed until the sender can be identified.
